Parisi Speed School — Philadelphia, PA

Speed, Strength, Confidence — Built For Young Athletes.

The world's leading youth performance program — now in Philadelphia at PrideFit. For athletes ages 7–18+.

A Proven System

What Every Parisi Athlete Develops

The Parisi system is built on four pillars that work together — not as separate components — to develop complete athletic performance.

Speed Mechanics

Proper acceleration, top-end speed, and deceleration mechanics. Not just running faster — running correctly so speed can actually develop safely.

Agility & Reaction

First-step quickness, change of direction, and reactive ability — the skills that separate athletes at every level of competition.

Strength & Power

Age-appropriate strength development that builds the foundation for explosive athletic performance without the risks of inappropriate loading.

Injury Prevention

Movement quality and joint stability work that reduces injury risk — critical for multi-sport youth athletes who already have heavy training loads from their primary sport.

Programs By Age

Age-Specific Programs

Every program is designed for the specific developmental stage of the athlete — not a watered-down adult program.

Parisi Speed Evaluation

Every Parisi journey begins with a World-Speed Evaluation. This baseline assessment identifies your athlete's strengths, weaknesses, and ideal program placement.

The First Step

Every Athlete Begins With A World-Speed Evaluation

The World-Speed Evaluation is the Parisi system's standardized baseline assessment. Before any athlete starts a program, their coaches need to know exactly where they are. This is how that happens.

  • Speed & sprint mechanics assessment

How the athlete runs — arm drive, stride, posture, and acceleration pattern.

  • Agility & change of direction

First-step quickness, lateral movement quality, and reactive ability.

  • Strength & power baseline

Age-appropriate strength measures that inform program design and set trackable baselines for progress.

  • Program placement recommendation

Based on assessment results, your child gets placed in the program most appropriate for their current stage of development.

What Happens During The Evaluation

1

Dynamic Warmup

A structured warmup to prepare joints and muscles for assessment movements.

2

Speed & Agility Assessment

Timed sprints, change of direction drills, and movement quality evaluation.

3

Strength & Power Test

Age-appropriate baseline strength and power measurements.

4

Results & Program Recommendation

Coach reviews results with parents, explains what was found, and presents a program recommendation.

How It Works

A Simple Training Path

1

Parisi Speed Evaluation

Every athlete starts here. The World-Speed Evaluation establishes their baseline and determines exact program placement.

2

Program Placement

Based on evaluation results, your athlete is placed in the age and level-appropriate program: Jump Start, Total Performance, or Elite/Advanced.

3

Weekly Sessions & Progress

Regular training sessions with ongoing progress tracking. Re-evaluations show objective improvement — parents and athletes can see the numbers change over time.

From Parents

What Parents Are Saying

"My son plays club soccer and I wanted him to get faster without just getting him to run more. The Parisi program addressed his mechanics — things his soccer coaches never mentioned. He's noticeably quicker and his coach commented on it unprompted."

L

Lisa V. (Parent)

Son, age 13 — Total Performance

"My daughter was always the last one in the pack during track warmups and was getting frustrated. After 8 weeks at Parisi she ran her fastest mile and finally believes in herself as an athlete. The confidence boost alone was worth every penny."

T

Tom R. (Parent)

Daughter, age 11 — Jump Start

"My 16-year-old is serious about playing in college. We've tried speed camps before but Parisi at PrideFit is on another level — the evaluation showed exactly what he needed to work on and the progress check-ins give us real numbers to track."

Brian K. (Parent)
