Adult Training
Adults
No. Most new members are complete beginners or coming back after a long break. We start every adult with a consultation and build a program from where you actually are — not where you think you "should" be.
PrideFit was founded by Joe Ferrero, a Physical Therapist. Pain-aware coaching is built into every program. Your injury history is one of the first things we discuss in your consultation. We train a lot of people who've been told they "can't" exercise — and we help them figure out what they actually can do.
Yes. All new adults start with a consultation — no cost, no commitment. We also offer a 2-week intro trial so you can experience training before deciding on a membership.
Pricing for current programs is discussed during your consultation, where we can give you exact rates based on the training option that fits you best. You can also call us at +1 (484) 592-4295 for current rates.
We run multiple class times throughout the week for exactly this reason. Members can book classes through the Achieve app based on what works that week. If you need more flexibility, we'll discuss options during your consultation.
Parisi Speed School
Youth / Parisi
We work with athletes ages 7 and up. Our Jump Start program is designed for ages 7–11, Total Performance for 12–15, and Elite/Advanced for athletes 15 and older. Every athlete begins with a World-Speed Evaluation to determine the right program placement.
Athletic shoes (sneakers, not cleats), comfortable workout clothes, and a water bottle. That's it. We provide all equipment. For the evaluation, arrive a few minutes early — we'll go through a brief health history form before getting started.
Not at all. Parisi is designed to meet athletes where they are — whether they play competitive sports or just want to build confidence moving their body. The World-Speed Evaluation tells us exactly where to start.
Parisi sessions are small group classes (typically 4–8 athletes) led by a certified coach. Athletes are grouped by age and ability level. Each session includes a dynamic warmup, speed and agility drills, strength work, and cool-down — all age-appropriate and coached throughout.
